Section titled “🏁 Your First Steps”1. Registration & Login
Section titled “1. Registration & Login”Access the platform via the URL provided by your administrator. If you are the first user, follow the setup instructions in the Developer Guide.
2. Dashboard Overview
Section titled “2. Dashboard Overview”Once logged in, you will see your personalized dashboard.
- Pending Tasks: Workflows requiring your immediate action.
- My Submissions: Track the progress of requests you have initiated.
- Organization Status: View high-level metrics for your department.
3. Setting Up Your Profile
Section titled “3. Setting Up Your Profile”Click on your avatar to access your profile.
- Digital Signature: Save your signature once to use it across all workflows.
- Notifications: Choose how you want to be alerted about new tasks.
4. Submitting Your First Request
Section titled “4. Submitting Your First Request”Click "New Request" and select a workflow template (e.g., Expense Approval, IT Access).
